Policies

Registration/Insurance Fee: $30 (payable once a year) Every participant must pay this fee at time of registration.

Registration: At time of registration tuition is due in full to reserve your child's place in class. $75 of the tuition is non-refundable.

Make-Up Policy: Students are permitted two make-up classes per semester. Tuition will not be adjusted for missed classes or vacations and make-ups cannot be carried over into subsequent semesters. Make-ups must be scheduled through our office.

Gym Slippers And Attire: All gymnasts are required to wear gym slippers when on gym floor. (Available for purchase at the gym) All gymnasts should wear a leotard, bodysuit or unitard to class: boys may wear warm-ups. Please, no baggy shirts, shorts or pants. Girls must have their hair in a ponytail or braid.

Refund Policy: $75 of the tuition is non-refundable at time of registration, absolutely no exceptions. Each gymnast has up until the SECOND session to decide if they wish to withdraw from the program, tuition less $75 will be reimbursed. There will be absolutely no refunds after the 2ND session of the semester.
